Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
To update and prepare summary incident reports on critical/complex/Major incidents suitable for internal and external management review.
Working response through phone-calls or e-mails.
To perform the quality checks of clarify incidents ensuring the updates are done as per the customer and service excellence expectations, ensuring templates are followed.
Maintain / Update Weekly report.
