Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Assistant (Female) to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational tasks that

ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

�� Handle data entry and maintain internal records and documentation

�� Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office

�� Coordinate with different departments for seamless workflow

�� Assist in managing emails, phone calls, and other communication

�� Maintain files, records, and databases with confidentiality

�� Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any graduate (Bachelor��s degree in any discipline)

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
