1. engage directly with online inquiries via website, social media, and phone leads.

2. respond to customer queries, providing accurate product information and data.

3. engagement on third party e-commerce platforms (amazon, flipkart, etc.).

4. cross promotion and establish partnerships with quick commerce platforms (zepto, blinkit, dunzo).

5. plan strategic and support marketing campaigns.

6. work closely with operations team for smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.

7. share insights with management to understanding customer choice and market movement.

8. track customer feedback and work with management to improve service quality

9. achieve monthly and quarterly sales target consistently.

qualifications:

• bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field.

• minimum 5+ years of proven experience in online b2c sales on social media platform, in luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium gifting.

• age 30+ years.

technical skills:

• proficiency in ms office, and digital sales platforms.

• engagment with third party ecommerce (amazon/flipkart etc)

• cross partnership and tie up with quick commerce (zepto)
