role overview:
we are seeking a sales specialist / sales engineer to drive business development for our industrial iot and automation solutions. the candidate will bridge technical understanding with customer needs, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and build long-term client relationships.
key responsibilities:
identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
understand customer challenges and propose suitable automation or iot solutions.
conduct product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.
required skills & experience:
in engineering with mba (preferred).
3–4 years of experience in automation, iiot, or industrial sales.
good understanding of control systems, scada, iot, and smart manufacturing.
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
