roles & responsibilities:
agent recruitment :
- develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line
- conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
- recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company
agent development :
- development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
- work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- identify the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same
- meet business targets
- achievement of key business vectors
- improve agent productivity & retention
responsibilities and duties :

required experience : 1 to 6 years
within city minimum 4 years experience
1+years experience in field sales
minimum 1 years for aadm (will be added advantage)
age criteria:24 to 38 yrs

minimum qualification :
graduate (any discipline) with field sales experience of at least 1+years
