position summary:

the jobholder is responsible to lead overall customer support and logistics team with experience in handling indian commercial vehicle customers and export customers. to manage a team and sound sap knowledge is required. to co-ordinate with internal production team on aligning production team.

key accountabilities:

1. to have exposure in handling major cv oem’s (al, tml, tcl, vecv) and export customers (gm, ford)

2. sound knowledge on sales/order processing, logistics function (cost optimization and warehouse management)

3. sound knowledge on sap transactions (sd / pp / mm / mrp i)

4. fg material flow improvement (vsm and inventory optimization)

5. knowledge on packaging, returnable packaging if any.

6. logistics supplier management (domestic transporter)

qualifications:

bachelor’s degree

5+years’ experience in industry

preferably mechanical + electronics background candidate with sap knowledge (sd / pp/ mm module)

excellent written and verbal communication (english)

customer handling, logistics, supervision, inventory control, analyzing information
