We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B outlet operations.
As the manager, you will be responsible for while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.
This position requires exceptional leadership and vision. The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for fostering and developing an exciting, positive, results-based environment for the outlet team. Must possess strong personal organization, genuine hospitality skills, and care for staff. Understands and implements contemporary luxury lifestyle standards.
By implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our F&B department and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Participate in creating and maintaining a positive working culture for all team members
Maintain the quality and consistency of the guest experience
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Seek new opportunities and strategies for the improvement of the Outlet operations
Create and maintains procedural protocol for Outlet Operations
Maintain compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly management administrative duties including operations reports, financial documentation, guest correspondence, human resources / staff management paperwork, operations evaluations, standard operating procedures, safety and sanitations checklists, ordering and inventory documentation, and PR/marketing tasks.
