roles and responsibilities:
· identifying new sales leads
· study the lead and have a customized sale pitch
· maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers(relationship management)
· identify new markets and new customer needs, upsell and cross-sell other services as per customer business needs, know the customer well and make a customized offering
· in-depth analysis and mapping of the prospective customer/client, to connect with the decision maker
· regular business meetings with prospective clients and follow-up.
· attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
· contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services and new offerings
· developing quotes and proposals
· regular training and upgradation on the subject matter and actively sharing industry case study's self and team
