Roles and Responsibilities: Identifying new sales leads Study the lead and have a customized sale pitch Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers(Relationship Management) Identify new markets and new customer needs, upsell and cross-sell other services as per customer business needs, Know the customer well and make a customized offering In-depth analysis and Mapping of the prospective customer/client, to connect with the decision maker Regular business meetings with prospective clients and follow-up. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services and new offerings Developing quotes and proposals Regular training and upgradation on the subject matter and actively sharing industry case study's Self and team Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays Work closely with internal customer to get the delivery and service fulfilment Data management: CRM, Sales Funnel & Sales Pipeline
