Job Summary:
The Assistant Business Manager supports the strategic expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, client presentations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas of growth.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Monitor sales performance and contribute to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's products/services and expand the professional network.
Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, sales pipelines, and targets.
