€¢ Revenue Generation of the Branch

€¢ Ensure the immigration and education process is well managed

€¢ Business Development of the assigned branch as per management vision

€¢ Provide quality and exceptional services to customers.

€¢ Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch.

€¢ Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

€¢ Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer

satisfaction.

€¢ Support sales promotion activities including promotional-

campaigns, Seminars and Webinars.

€¢ Client Payment Collection and recording.

€¢ Refund clients handling and coordinating with concern team

heads.

€¢ Branch Calls Handling.

€¢ Immigration Leads assigning.

€¢ Branch administration and discipline

€¢ Team management

€¢ Should have same industry experience of minimum 3 years in Overseas education or immigration.

€¢ Capable to handle a team.

€¢ Good Communication skill.

€¢ Experience in sales and marketing.
