Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Head especiaslly from Agarbatti background to join our sales team! As our National Sales Head, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your and your team's main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users.

He should have

1. Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools.

2. Excellent leadership skills.

3. Proven record of successful deals closed.

4. Great interpersonal and communication skills.

e of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success.

Your Duties

1. Find prospects and leads.

2. Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants.

3. Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.

4. Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives.

5. Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency.

6. Identify most important sales KPIs.

7. Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.

8. Report to management team.

Education : Any Bachelor Degree, M.B.A/PGDM
