Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the designated area.
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.
Travel: Regular travel within the assigned area to meet clients and support the sales team.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT product like cloud computing, BulkSMS,Digital Marketing and hardware like Laptop desktop and CCTV products.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
Education: Any Degree
