team leadership: manage, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.

client relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

market analysis: monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.

travel: regular travel within the assigned area to meet clients and support the sales team.

requirements:

experience: minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in it product like cloud computing, bulksms,digital marketing and hardware like laptop desktop and cctv products.

leadership skills: proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills.

analytical skills: strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
