Location Coverage: Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Kerala.

Education

• Graduate in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Agricultural Implements, Tractor Industry, Farm Machinery, or Agri Inputs.

• Proven experience in dealer network development and channel sales.

Skills Required

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Territory development and channel management.

• Team leadership and relationship management.

• Market analysis and business planning.

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and ERP systems.

Travel Requirement

• Extensive travel (15-20 days per month) across Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

• Regular visits to dealers, distributors, exhibitions, and customer locations.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: As per experience and company policy.

• Performance Incentives: Based on sales achievement and dealer development.

• TA/DA: As per company policy.

Expected Deliverables in First 12 Months

• Appoint minimum 25-30 active dealers.

• Establish strong distribution network in assigned states.

• Achieve sales and retail targets as assigned by management.

• Improve market visibility and brand awareness of ASHWASHAKTI AGRO products.

• Develop sustainable business growth in South and West India markets.
