key responsibilities:
• drive field sales of shell lubricants (lubricating oil and greases) across industrial clients in north karnataka.
• strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure consistent engagement.
• actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through product trials and demos (with support from shell and caravan oil suppliers).
• achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
• provide regular feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
• represent the brand with confidence and clear communication during client interactions and training sessions.
