Qualification: . in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Industrial Sales (Consumables or relevant industrial Equipment or industrial Tools such as Auto Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, Cement, Power, Mining, Textile, or other lubricant-intensive industries)
Travel Requirement: 20 days/month across North Karnataka
Training Location: Bangalore (2 months with own two-wheeler)

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive field sales of Shell Lubricants (Lubricating Oil and Greases) across industrial clients in North Karnataka.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure consistent engagement.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through product trials and demos (with support from Shell and Caravan Oil Suppliers).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
• Represent the brand with confidence and clear communication during client interactions and training sessions.

• Willingness to stay in Bangalore for 2 months for in-depth product and sector training (must bring personal two-wheeler).
