 forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.

 territory mapping & market segmentation to identify new customer groups to market various products & increase market share.

key account management / crm

 identifying prospective institutional accounts from various sectors such as govt. semi govt. institutions and major hospitals /units for business excellence.

 initiating / developing relations with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development in pre-sales negotiation stages.

 effective relationship management with significant clients to ascertain rendering of quality service and business retention/enhancement.

channel management

 identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

 ensuring cost effective logistic operations & seamless materials movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel.

team management

 mentoring, motivating and guiding team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis.

 training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting, and closing skills.
