Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary markets.

Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.

Territory mapping & market segmentation to identify new customer groups to market various products & increase market share.

Key Account Management / CRM

Identifying prospective institutional accounts from various sectors such as Govt. Semi Govt. institutions and major hospitals /units for business excellence.

Initiating / developing relations with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development in pre-sales negotiation stages.

Effective relationship Management with significant clients to ascertain rendering of quality service and business retention/enhancement.

Channel Management

Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & seamless materials movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel.

Team Management

Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis.

Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting, and closing skills.
