€¢ Identifying New Distributor/Dealers: Searching new distributor/dealers in the given territory (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh) for our exceptionally unique Water Proofing Products launch first time in North India.

€¢ Work closely with heads in appointments of new distributor/dealers.

€¢ Regular communication by phone, letter or visiting them and helping them with their issues & concerns regarding accounts, price, competition, demand generation & schemes

€¢ Addressing all the complaints / suggestions received from the distributor /dealers /customers by forwarding the same to Office.

€¢ Market Research: Understanding market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

€¢ Travelling: Travelling intensively to the given territory or as and when required by the department Head

€¢ After-Dealership Support: Providing ongoing support to dealers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential up selling opportunities.

€¢ Reporting: Daily reporting of activities and sales to the department Head

Skills Required - Sales/Marketing

€¢ Channel Strategy Development

€¢ Strong business and technical mindset.

€¢ Proven track record in managing Channel Partners.

€¢ Good team player and communicator, able to manage and motivate.

€¢ Uses experience to reduce exposure to technical risk on contracts.

€¢ Analyse issues, Establish plans, Know the business, Act with integrity.
