Identifying New Distributor/Dealers: Searching new distributor/dealers in the given territory (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh) for our exceptionally unique Water Proofing Products launch first time in North India.

Work closely with heads in appointments of new distributor/dealers.

Regular communication by phone, letter or visiting them and helping them with their issues & concerns regarding accounts, price, competition, demand generation & schemes

Addressing all the complaints / suggestions received from the distributor /dealers /customers by forwarding the same to Office.

Market Research: Understanding market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Travelling: Travelling intensively to the given territory or as and when required by the department Head

After-Dealership Support: Providing ongoing support to dealers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential up selling opportunities.

Reporting: Daily reporting of activities and sales to the department Head

Skills Required - Sales/Marketing

Channel Strategy Development

Strong business and technical mindset.

Proven track record in managing Channel Partners.

Good team player and communicator, able to manage and motivate.

Uses experience to reduce exposure to technical risk on contracts.

Analyse issues, Establish plans, Know the business, Act with integrity.
