Work closely with heads in appointments of new distributor/dealers. Regular communication by phone, letter or visiting them and helping them with their issues & concerns regarding accounts, price, competition, demand generation & schemes Addressing all the complaints / suggestions received from the distributor /dealers /customers by forwarding the same to Office. Market Research: Understanding market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Travelling: Travelling intensively to the given territory or as and when required by the department Head After-Dealership Support: Providing ongoing support to dealers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential up selling opportunities. Reporting: Daily reporting of activities and sales to the department HeadSkills Required - Sales/Marketing Channel Strategy Development Strong business and technical mindset. Proven track record in managing Channel Partners. Good team player and communicator, able to manage and motivate. Uses experience to reduce exposure to technical risk on contracts. The construction supervisor's responsibilities include monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all worker staff on safety practices. You should ensure that projects stay within the stipulated budget and the required materials and equipment's are available at the site.To be successful as a construction supervisor, you should demonstrate a sound understanding of safety regulations and building codes and be able to transfer this knowledge to your team. Top-notch construction supervisors are leaders who can identify problems and find feasible solutions to them.Construction Executive Responsibilities:Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.Monitoring water proofing construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.Working closely with Architects, Engineers and other professionals.Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in waterproofing construction.Construction Executive Requirements:High school Diploma or similar. Bachelor's degree in construction, Business, Management, or Engineering preferable.Experience in the construction industry required.Experience in a leadership role recommended.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
