We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Airport Ground Staff at Mumbai Airport. The role involves assisting passengers, managing check-in procedures, coordinating boarding operations, and ensuring smooth airport operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival.
Verify passenger documents such as tickets, passports, and visas.
Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.
Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.
Handle passenger queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with airline staff, security teams, and airport operations.
Assist passengers with special needs such as elderly travelers and wheelchair assistance.
Manage lost baggage or delayed luggage cases.
Ensure compliance with airport safety and security regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation in any field.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good personality and customer service skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
