Job Title: Airport Ground Staff / Customer Service Executive

Location: Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 38,000 70,000 per month + incentives and allowances

Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Airport Ground Staff at Kolkata Airport. The role includes assisting passengers, handling check-in operations, coordinating boarding procedures, and ensuring smooth airport services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.

Verify passenger documents such as tickets, ID cards, passports, and visas.

Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.

Provide flight information regarding schedules, delays, and gate changes.

Handle passenger queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Coordinate with airline staff, security teams, and airport authorities.

Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers requiring wheelchair services.

Manage baggage handling and assist in lost or delayed baggage cases.

Follow airport safety and security regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation in any field

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge

Good personality and customer service attitude

Ability to work in rotational shifts
