Airport Executive || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for dedicated Airport Staff to join our team at the Guwahati Airport. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with little to no experience. As part of the airport staff, your role will involve various important responsibilities to ensure smooth operations at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and provide information about flights and airport services.

- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct security screenings and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff.

- Communication: Interact with passengers and answer their queries to enhance their travel experience and assist with any issues they may face.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other airport staff members to ensure effective coordination and support for various airport operations.

- Emergency Procedures: Stay prepared to follow emergency procedures and assist in evacuations or other necessary actions during critical situations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education. Good communication skills in both English and local languages are essential to interact with diverse passengers. Basic knowledge of computers will be beneficial. We expect the ideal candidate to be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Enthusiasm for the aviation industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are crucial for success in this role.
