Key Responsibilities:

- **Ticket Reservations:** Handle customer requests for flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations.

- **Customer Assistance:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to flights, luggage, and travel policies, ensuring a positive experience for all travelers.

- **Fare Quoting:** Provide customers with accurate fare information and assist them in selecting the best travel options based on their needs and preferences.

- **Documentation Handling:** Prepare and manage travel documentation, including e-tickets and invoices, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.

- **Collaboration with Airlines:** Liaise with airline partners to resolve any booking issues and ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures.
