Key Responsibilities:

- Check-In Support: Help travelers with the check-in process, including printing boarding passes and managing luggage.

- Information Provider: Share important information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and airport facilities to keep passengers well-informed.

- Coordination with Airlines: Maintain communication with airline staff to relay important updates and resolve any passenger issues.

- Documentation: Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, tracking any lost luggage or passenger complaints.
