Customer service

Welcoming customers, providing a warm experience, and ensuring their needs are met

Maintaining cleanliness

Keeping the lounge area clean and presentable, and ensuring that all service areas are tidy

Stocking and supplies

Maintaining stock levels, ensuring that service items are available, and stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies

Opening and closing

Setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors

Food and beverage service

Presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and making recommendations

Training and compliance

Complying with company and legal procedures, and providing training and assistance as required

Liaising with staff

Working with chefs, back of house staff, and other lounge team members to ensure efficient service
