- **Assisting with Check-In:** Support guests with the check-in process, answering any queries they may have and ensuring timely boarding assistance.
- **Handling Complaints:** Actively listen to guests' concerns and complaints, providing solutions or escalating issues to management when necessary.
- **Coordinating with Teams:** Work closely with other airport staff, including security and ground crew, to ensure a smooth flow of operations and guest services.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Ensure that your work area is clean and organized to create a professional environment for guests.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience is not required, but you should be eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A minimum education of 10th grade is required.
