Key Responsibilities:

- **Passenger Assistance**: Greet and assist passengers throughout their airport experience, helping with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries they may have.

- **Baggage Handling**: Ensure the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and transfer of passenger baggage, maintaining accuracy in tracking lost or misplaced items.

- **Ticket Checking**: Verify passenger tickets and travel documents at various points in the airport to ensure compliance with airline and airport security regulations.

- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant and smooth travel experience.

- **Coordination with Airlines**: Work alongside airline staff to manage flight schedules, delays, and any other operational challenges, ensuring timely communication and action.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed their 12th grade and possess good communication skills to interact effectively with passengers. A friendly demeanor and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
