Interview For Airport Ground Staff || 12th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a Ground Staff Executive in Digboi Oil Town, Tinsukia, to assist with day-to-day operations. This full-time role is ideal for recent 12th pass graduates with little to no work experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers at the terminal, ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing any inquiries about flight schedules or baggage.

2. Baggage Handling: Safely manage and track luggage, ensuring it is loaded and unloaded properly during arrivals and departures.

3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by responding to customer needs and complaints, ensuring a pleasant experience for all travelers.

4. Coordination with Teams: Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure that all ground operations run efficiently and safely.
