Airport Ground Staff || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Varanasi, India. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience and requires at least a 12th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Welcome passengers at the airport, help them with check-in procedures, and provide information about flight schedules and airport facilities.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Ensure that all luggage is loaded and unloaded safely from aircraft, assisting passengers with their bags and managing lost baggage claims when necessary.

3. **Safety Checks**: Conduct safety checks and ensure that all procedures comply with airport regulations. This helps maintain a safe and secure environment for all travelers.

4. **Coordination with Airlines**: Act as a liaison between passengers and airlines. Address any flight-related queries and assist in resolving issues related to ticketing or boarding.

5. **Communication**: Keep passengers informed about updates or changes to their flight statuses. Using clear communication allows for a smooth travel experience.
