Key Responsibilities:
1. **Passenger Assistance**: Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and any inquiries they may have, ensuring a friendly and efficient service.
2. **Baggage Services**: Oversee the loading and unloading of baggage, ensuring it is handled with care and delivered to the correct destination promptly.
3. **Safety and Security Checks**: Conduct safety and security checks on passengers and luggage to ensure compliance with airport regulations and maintain a secure environment.
4. **Communication**: Collaborate with airline personnel, ground staff, and emergency services to facilitate timely flights and manage any delays or incidents.
5. **Customer Support**: Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight details, boarding gates, and airport facilities to enhance their travel experience.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills. A positive attitude, along with the ability to work under pressure, is essential.
