Job Description

- greet and assist passengers: welcome passengers as they enter the airport, provide information on check-in procedures, boarding, and assist with any queries or needs they may have.

- handle check-in procedures: ensure passengers' travel documents are in order, issue boarding passes, and check in luggage following airline guidelines.

- assist with security checks: guide passengers through security screening processes, answer questions, and ensure compliance with airport security regulations.

- provide assistance to passengers with special needs: offer support to passengers with disabilities, elderly travelers, or unaccompanied minors during check-in, boarding, and throughout their journey.

- resolve passenger issues: address complaints, issues, or conflicts that may arise during travel, provide solutions promptly, and ensure a positive experience for passengers.

- coordinate with airline staff: collaborate with airline representatives, ground staff, security personnel, and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.

- maintain a clean and organized work area: keep the check-in counters, waiting areas, and information desks neat and tidy to create a pleasant environment for passengers.

- excellent communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with passengers, colleagues, and superiors in a clear and professional manner.

- customer service mindset: possess a strong focus on customer satisfaction, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

- knowledge of airline operations: understanding of airport and airline procedures, safety regulations, and customer service standards to provide efficient and reliable assistance to passengers.
