- **Customer Queries:** Address any questions or concerns from passengers about flights, airport facilities, or travel regulations, ensuring a positive experience.

- **Problem Resolution:** Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during travel, such as missed connections or lost baggage, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

- **Service Recovery:** Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide effective solutions to enhance their journey.
