Hiring Fresher / Airlines Executive / 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

1. Air Hostess: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, assist with boarding, serve meals and drinks, and handle any in-flight emergencies.

2. Air Ticketing Agent: Manage ticket sales, process reservations, handle passenger inquiries, and ensure smooth check-in and boarding processes.

3. Teamwork Development: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services, communicate effectively, and support each other to achieve common goals.

4. Selling Products: Promote airline services and products, upsell amenities, and contribute to revenue generation through effective sales techniques.

5. Videos Editing: Create and edit promotional videos, safety demonstrations, and other multimedia content to enhance the airline's marketing efforts.

6. Photos Editing: Edit and retouch images for marketing materials, social media posts, and other visual content to maintain brand consistency.

7. Volleyball, Cricket, Athletics: Participate in team sports activities to build camaraderie, maintain fitness, and promote a healthy work-life balance.

8. Cabin Crew/Flight Attendant: Provide exceptional customer service, ensure passenger safety, and assist with in-flight services to enhance the overall travel experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates with a minimum education qualification of 10th Pass to Post Graduate Diploma in relevant fields are eligible.

- Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
