- **Customer Service:** Address any passenger queries or concerns, providing information about flights, services, and airport facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Baggage Handling:** Safely manage and transport luggage, ensuring it is loaded and unloaded properly to prevent any loss or damage.
