Key Responsibilities:
1. **Assist Customers**: Greet and assist passengers with check-in processes, flight information, and boarding procedures, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
2. **Handle Inquiries**: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding flights, baggage policies, and other services.
3. **Resolve Issues**: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns diplomatically and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.
4. **Manage Bookings**: Assist customers in making flight reservations, changes, and cancellations, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and confirmed.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. A customer-focused attitude is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. Being detail-oriented and organized will help manage bookings and inquiries efficiently. Basic computer skills are necessary to navigate airline systems and perform administrative tasks. A 12th-grade education is required, and while previous experience is a plus, it is not mandatory for applicants with a commitment to learning and serving customers.
