Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Airline Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kolkata. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and can work in an office environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assist Customers:** Greet and assist passengers with their inquiries, providing information about flights, booking procedures, and airport services.

- **Handle Reservations:** Support customers in making, changing, or canceling flight reservations and ensure all information is accurately entered into the system.

- **Address Complaints:** Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for every passenger.

- **Guide Check-in Process:** Help passengers through the check-in process, instructing them on baggage policies and flight information.

- **Coordinate with Staff:** Work closely with other airline staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali, enabling them to assist a diverse customer base.
