An Air Ticketing Executive is responsible for booking airline tickets, assisting passengers with travel arrangements, and managing flight reservations. The role involves using airline reservation systems, providing fare information, and ensuring accurate ticketing and travel documentation for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Book domestic and international airline tickets for passengers.
Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, and travel information.
Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets as required.
Handle airline reservation systems such as GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
Prepare and verify travel documents and itineraries.
Assist passengers with seat selection, baggage information, and special requests.
Manage refunds, ticket changes, and rescheduling requests.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer details.
Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies for ticketing services.
Provide customer support for travel-related queries.

Educational Qualification
