as air hostess member, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with other crew members to deliver a seamless travel experience. your primary role will be to assist passengers, conduct safety procedures, and manage in-flight services.

key responsibilities:

passenger assistance: welcome and guide passengers to their seats, assist with stowing luggage, and provide answers to their queries.

safety procedures: conduct safety demonstrations, ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, and assist passengers during emergency situations.

in-flight services: serve food and beverages, manage special requests, and handle passenger complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

pre-flight & post-flight duties: conduct pre-flight safety checks, ensure the cleanliness of the cabin, and restock supplies as needed.

team collaboration: work with other crew members and the flight deck to ensure smooth communication and cooperation during the flight.

first aid: provide basic first aid when necessary and respond to any medical emergencies onboard.

requirements:

education: 12th pass | any graduates | 18-27 yrs (freshers)

height: 155 cm

communication skills: proficiency in english, excellent verbal communication skills.

physical fitness: ability to stand for long periods, handling luggage, and handle emergency equipment.

professional appearance: maintain a neat and professional appearance as per airline standards. (previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is a plus)

adaptability: ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations during flights. strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
