role description

this is a full-time, on-site position based in vijay nagar indore for an affiliate marketing manager (indian campaigns).

the selected candidate will manage and scale affiliate programs specifically for the indian market onboarding new publishers & affiliates, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring strong partner relationships across india.

qualifications

experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing

strong communication & relationship management skills

hands-on experience with cpl, cpa, cps, cpi, and rev-share models

6 months 4 years of relevant experience

familiarity with affiliate networks in india (., vcommission, admitad india, shoogloo, tyroo, optimise, dgm etc.)

understanding of campaign tracking, tools like trackier / offer18 / appsflyer (preferred)

ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns & scale roi

*key responsibilities

-manage and scale affiliate campaigns across india

-onboard new affiliates, publishers & influencers in indian geo

-maintain strong relationships with existing partners

-track daily kpis, ensure traffic quality & fraud control

-coordinate with advertisers for payouts, caps & budgets

-run a/b tests for optimization & scaling

-prepare weekly/monthly performance reports & insights

-collaborate with creative / media teams for landing pages & tracking links
