The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students and driving enrollments for our Online Degree Programs. This is a high-energy, target-driven role ideal for individuals passionate about education and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
Counsel prospective students regarding online degree programs, eligibility, career prospects, and fee structure.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with the operations and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Stay updated with product knowledge, university guidelines, and industry trends.
