Job Description

1. Student Guidance:

Assist prospective students in selecting the right course or program.

Provide information on career prospects and program benefits.

2. Admission Process Handling:

Guide students through the entire admission process: application, documentation, and deadlines.

Ensure all required documents are collected and verified.

3. Counselling Sessions:

Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions.

Address student queries and concerns regarding the institution or course.

4. Follow-Up & Conversion:

Regularly follow up with leads and inquiries.

Convert prospective students into enrolled students.

5. Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions.

Use CRM tools to manage leads.

6. Communication:

Respond to emails, calls, and messages from prospects.

Coordinate between departments (academics, finance, etc.) for student support.

7. Event Participation:

Attend or organize admission events like education fairs, webinars, or open houses.

8. Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report on admission targets, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
