key responsibilities:
- appointment management: schedule and confirm client appointments, handle rescheduling and cancellations.
- client interaction: greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- record keeping:maintain and update client records, manage salon inventory, and ensure proper filing of documents.
- administrative support:handle billing, process payments, and assist with payroll and other office tasks.
- salon operations: ensure the salon area is clean and organized, order supplies as needed, and support salon staff with administrative tasks.
qualifications:
