Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and clinical staff.
o Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
o Handle communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
2. Patient Coordination:
o Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
o Coordinate with various departments to facilitate patient care activities.
o Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
3. Data Management:
o Maintain and update patient records and administrative documents.
o Ensure all data is entered accurately into the hospital€™s information system.
o Generate reports and summaries for management review.
4. Supply Chain Coordination:
o Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
o Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
o Monitor stock levels and ensure all departments are well-equipped.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with hospital policies and government regulations.
o Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections.
6. Team Collaboration:
o Work collaboratively with the administrative and clinical teams to improve hospital operations.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree or Healthcare Management, or a related field.
€¢ A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admin roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
€¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital management software.
€¢ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
