Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to manage office operations and support staff while ensuring a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 11 years of relevant experience and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

- **Office Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative processes run efficiently. This includes managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval and efficient business operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- **Communication Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.

- **Scheduling and Planning**: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans for team members, facilitating effective time management.

- **Support Staff and Management**: Provide administrative support to team members and management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Required skills and expectations include strong attention to detail, proficiency in office software (such as MS Office), and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A minimum educational qualification of a 12th pass is required for this position.
