We are looking for an Admin Officer who can manage and maintain the company properties, provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities
€¢ Manage and maintain the properties owned by the company
€¢ Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards and ensure safety
€¢ Address tenant complaints, inspect vacated properties, handle repair works, collect rent, deal with other expenses.
€¢ Maintain record of income, expenses, agreements, complaints, maintenance etc.
€¢ Responsible for In-house office maintenance like furniture maintenance, air conditioners, lighting, plumbing, cafeteria and other electrical and non-electrical equipment€™s.
€¢ Oversee company housekeeping, cafeteria arrangements, travel arrangements, Stationery procurement and distribution
€¢ Coordination with housekeeping team and ensure hygiene standards are maintained in office premises
€¢ Coordinating with various departments for their individual requirement related to administrative function
€¢ Ensure timely arrangements corporate events.
Requirements and skills
€¢ Proven experience of 3-6 yrs as an admin executive.
€¢ 12th pass or above
€¢ Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
€¢ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
€¢ Proficiency in Marathi (Mandatory) and English
€¢ Exemplary planning and time management skills
€¢ Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
€¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
€¢ Good verbal and written communications skills
€¢ Discretion and confidentiality
€¢ Experience in real estate is a plus
