Accounts Executive - Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Other day- to-day tasks include recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
In addition, the Accountant will be required to prepare E-way Bills and coordinate logistics for all supplies with pre-approved vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
ï‚· Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principlesï€
ï‚· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.ï€
ï‚· Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.ï€
ï‚· Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end closeï€
ï‚· Participate in audits and facilitate responses to audit inquiries.ï€
ï‚· Maintain day-book to keep track of all branch level expensesï€
ï‚· Maintain stock registers of raw materials, packaging material and finished stockï€
ï‚· Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics Service Provider and Client Delivery Centers to ensure timely delivery of ordersï€
Role Requirements:
ï‚· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.ï€
ï‚· Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an accountant or similar role.ï€
ï‚· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.ï€
ï‚· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.ï€
ï‚· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.ï€
ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.ï€
ï‚· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ï€
ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ï€
