Job Description

As an Accounts Executive, your main objective will be to manage financial records and support the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial information. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Maintain Financial Records**: Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping for all financial transactions to keep the company's records up-to-date.

- **Prepare Financial Reports**: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights that guide management decisions.

- **Reconcile Accounts**: Regularly reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

- **Assist with Audits**: Support external auditors in their review of financial statements and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

- **Manage Invoices and Payments**: Handle invoices, process payments, and monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting is essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and proficiency in accounting software are crucial. Good communication skills are needed to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be organized, able to meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance standards is also beneficial.
