we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented admin cum accounts executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support basic accounting functions. the ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
key responsibilities
administration
manage office operations, stationery, and vendor coordination
handle phone calls, emails, and internal communication
maintain records, files, and documentation
arrange meetings, appointments, and travel bookings
coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
support hr activities such as attendance tracking and onboarding
accounts
assist with daily bookkeeping and data entry
handle invoices, billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
maintain petty cash and prepare expense statements
support month-end closing activities
coordinate with auditors and finance team when required
prepare basic financial reports (as needed)
required skills
good knowledge of ms office (excel, word)
basic accounting knowledge (tally/erp preferred)
strong communication and coordination skills
time management and multitasking ability
attention to detail and accuracy
qualifications
any degree ( preferred)
1–3 years of experience in admin or accounts roles
knowledge of tally/erp is an added advantage
