We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to help manage our financial transactions and support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Maintaining Financial Records**: You will organize and maintain all financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and payment records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. **Processing Transactions**: Your role will involve processing incoming payments and assisting with outgoing payments, using accounting software to keep records updated.
3. **Assisting with Month-End Closures**: You will help prepare reports for month-end closures, ensuring all entries are accurate and completed on time.
4. **Communicating with Vendors and Clients**: Part of your job will be to liaise with vendors and clients regarding their accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Required Skills and Expectations:
A successful candidate should have a strong grasp of basic accounting principles and good numerical skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills are vital for this role.
