Key Responsibilities:
- **Financial Record Keeping**: Accurately maintain financial records, ensuring all transactions are documented and categorized properly.
- **Invoice Management**: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients and prompt follow-up on outstanding payments.
- **Budget Preparation**: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights to help guide financial decisions.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for review, helping management to understand financial performance.
