about the role

we are seeking an experienced accounts manager with a strong background in digital marketing agency operations. the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns. this role requires a proactive professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.

key responsibilities

● serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end communication.

● develop a deep understanding of client objectives and create actionable digital marketing strategies.

● collaborate with internal teams including performance, creative, design, and content to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.

● monitor campaign performance, track kpis, and prepare periodic performance reports with strategic insights.

● identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing accounts.

● maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates, transparency, and consistent results.

● ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and performance goals.

● contribute to process improvements and client servicing strategies within the agency.

required skills & qualifications

● bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

● 4–5 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency (agency experience is mandatory).

● solid understanding of digital marketing channels including google ads, meta, seo, social media, and influencer marketing.

● excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● strong presentation, coordination, and relationship management abilities.

● ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

● proficiency in reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and project management software.
